Oops, Here's How To Update Fossil

Hey,

You want to do this:

fossil remote-url http://YOU@mongrel2.org:44445/

before you try to commit.  Basically it is hitting the 20k limit on
Mongrel2 uploads, so doing the above goes directly to fossil.
