Premake4 is no more, gmake from now on

I killed Premake4 this morning and have replaced it with one gmake file
that does the same stuff. It should build on OSX just fine now,
although it needs more testing on OSX to make sure the server actually
works.
Please try it out on different platforms and report back build problems
you encounter. I hear ubuntu still sucks, but that's probably because
they're stuck in the stone age on nearly everything.
