Deployment 07.26 Status

Just a quick notice that I pushed out a new release of librelist
tonight, which was mostly a test of automated deployment of the site
than anything.
The main thing in this release is that attachments should work, as long
as the entire message stays under 10k in size. We'll see how this needs
to be tweaked in the future.
Tomorrow I'll make a more official announce after I touch up a few
things based on people's requests.
