I'm not an expert with this but it sounds like you need more manual
processing than anything email specific.
The lamson parts here would simply be a controller method that receives
all mails and throws them into a database or queue of some kind.
The web app will present entries from this database to a user. If they
mark a mail as "accepted", a worker thread can forward the email to the
original recepient. This doesn't have to be involve Lamson although
maybe it can.
