The 0.5 series, with cache replacement policy, is taking a while to
stabilise (there are some tricky issues with cache management with
multiple processes). Thus I have created a long-live branch on github,
0.4.X in which I have cherry-picked a set of changes from the 0.5 series.
This will get released as 0.4.5 and maybe more if the 0.5 series keeps
lasting for long. People who want latest stable should follow this branch
(Alex :>).
