Finally merge in a possibly keg-only SWIG 2?

Given that Lion apparently doesn't ship with SWIG (I haven't tested
this since I don't run Lion), and other software wants SWIG newer than
what Snow Leopard provides anyway, are we OK to bite the bullet on
this one and ship a SWIG 2 formula in Homebrew?
My vote is "yes".

I don't see any reason why not if it's not in e.g. CPAN or something.
