Ocaml library policy?

Ocaml library policy?

There are a lot of pending requests for merging ocaml libraries.
Do we have a policy on this? Previously we tried to reject these.

Does OCaml have a standardized packaging and installation tool? For
example, I tend to reject Haskell formulae because of the existence of
`cabal` which does the same job that `easy-install` does for Python.

There are some attempts but clearly nothing as standardized as Cabal or
Rubygems for example.
