Someone please double-check these uninstallation instructions

As a clarification about why I did this, I kept getting emails from people
asking how to do it. 
The FAQ is for frequently asked questions so I hoped this would stop 
people mailing me.

Also it is somewhat pessimistic and illogical to have the uninstallation 
instructions in the installation instructions wiki.

I removed uninstallation from the Installation instructions a few weeks 
ago and put it in the FAQ instead.
