Policy question: Java bindings?

Policy question: Java bindings?

We have a couple of open requests for brews that compile Java bindings
for C libraries:

https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/issues/issue/2972
https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/issues/issue/2372

These don't also come with an application (like Subversion does), they
are just Java wrappers as far as I can tell.

My instinct is to not let these in, since we don't want to be in the
business of maintaining language-specific bindings, but I want to know
what others think before just closing these.
