I'm willing to do some formula testing and merging, as I have access
to a >2-core 10.5 machine, and that tends to sniff out build issues
that 2-core 10.6 doesn't have (with parallelism, 32/64 bit issues,
etc.)

I will change the contribution guide to say make a ticket from now on
instead with the newbrew tag. Maybe we should tag existing bug reports
with bug.

Then if you merge that contribution into your branch, comment on the ticket.

However you can no longer rebase your branch, as you have become an
authority. People should be able to work off that branch and expect
their work to be able to collaborate with you. Say they have a fix for
a patch in your queue.

Merge from other people if you like. But only if their branch history
is pure. We don't want to import a merge heavy mess into our main
tree.

Periodically I will review your branch and merge it.

I have 11 pages of inbox full of pull requests. I don't see much in
the way of options apart from me to work through it, will endeavour to
do that today.
