Hello, I'm new to GeoNode and I've just started evaluating it. I'm looking for a way to retrieve/reset my password for demo.geonode.org but since it's not obvious I'm assuming it isn't implemented yet. Is the version there the latest code or should I evaluate another version before I enter feature requests in the issue tracker? The demo site is indeed a little out of date. However, password recovery is not implemented in the latest sources either so it's a perfectly valid ticket. Because of spam concerns I'll need to manually approve your account on Trac, so please let me know what your username there is. There is a (long) open pull request for this feature. The unresolved question about what to do when there is no email server configured seems to still be the hang up. Jeff, Thanks for the response. When I first asked the question I hadn't seen Trac and was only looking at the Google Code GeoNode roadmap. My issue is the same as http://dev.geonode.org/trac/ticket/869 (and others). I think your suggestion to display the administrator's email address when there is no email server is fine.
