The GeoNode Project Steering Committee recently voted on some changes based on recent participation on the project. Our Project Steering Committee Chair, Stuart Gill, one of the founding visionaries of the project, is stepping down from the PSC to make room for others with time to participate more actively in the community. Taking his place as representative of World Bank GFDRR on the steering committee is core committer Ariel Nuñez. David Winslow is assuming the Chair, in recognition for his devoted leadership of the project and community. Congratulations, Ariel and David! -- Sebastian Benthall OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org
