Now we are able to run from geonode.settings

I have pushed a few changes to master that will allow us to run
GeoNode from geonode.settings again without having to use
capra.settings.
In practice it means the following:
1. Moved the registration template from the capra dir to the geonode dir
2. Removed the mentions of CAPRA around the codebase, including titles and texts
3. Fixed the references to the old demo site to the new one and the
code repo link in the docs to Github.
