Avatars and profiles bug fixing

Hello people,
I have been working on a branch called profiles for the last couple of days
adding support for avatars (profile pictures) and fixing some bugs in
templates.
Here is a screenshot of the new profile edit page [0] and a link to the
github showing the differences between my branch and master [1]
Users are allowed to upload one or many profile pictures and the gravatar
service is accessed in case the user has not uploaded any picture.
I plan to push it to master on tuesday next week or earlier if I get
feedback before the next deployment to the test site (hint, hint).
