cleaning up project Trac

Since GeoNode's becoming less of an internal project, I'm taking some time
to clean up the home page of our Trac to try to make it more welcoming.
As part of this, I'm going to remove a lot of the attachments from that
page, since they are sort of cluttering things and are larger obsolete or
already implemented design proposals anyway.
Just wanted to give that heads up in case anybody was looking for them.
