Spam on GeoNode trac

Hey all,
The GeoNode bug tracker (reminder, it recently moved to
http://dev.geonode.org/trac/) was hit by a spammer this morning, so I'm
doing a bit of cleanup to remove spurious tickets, etc. I'm not familiar
with trac and spam counter-measures for it, so while I wait on getting our
sysadmin to look into the issue I'm disabling self-registered users from
creating tickets. If you need to create a ticket and don't have sufficient
permissions, please send me a note and I'll add the necessary privileges.
