First Set Of Changed Deployed

Hey Everyone,
I just deployed the first tiny set of fixes and two new features.
First, if you go to:
http://fretwar.com/user/notification
You can enable or disable receiving notifications from the site. These
are things like an email when someone comments on your submission, or
announcements of new rounds, or when a round is finished.
Second, you are now going to start getting emails when someone comments
on your submission. This email will have a link to the submission so
you can check it out, and a link to the above notification state page so
you can tell it to shut up.
Next up, I'm going to get password reset and replies working, plus fix a
bug or two.
