Lots of Little Things

Alright everyone, I fixed up a ton of little nagging things on Fret War.
Biggest among them is that I've got the signup process still confirming
people solidly, but it catches people who login without confirming and
does it for them anyway. It also lets you reset if you never got a
confirmation, and catches people and helps them do the confirmation at
more places.
I've also added the details to the notification emails, and id3 tagging
of your submissions automatically. The id3 tagging will come in handy
when I turn the icecast server back on so people can hear all your
creativity in all its glory.
Now I'm going to craft the round and hit the sack!
