If there's anyone Translating the docs?

Hi there,

I'm new to flask,

I just had a look at this project's documentation and come out an idea to
translate it into Chinese,(I've searched the Internet and found no materials
on flask tutorial in Chinese), and make this as a process to learn Flask.

I just forked flask on github.com , and now can I just start to translate?
Or would you may give me some advice?
