Flask-Themes up for code review

In order to prevent having to go through the pain in the neck that was
patch_request_class in Flask-Uploads again, I have gone ahead and posted
my working copy of Flask-Themes on Bitbucket at
http://bitbucket.org/leafstorm/flask-themes/. Please feel free to check
it out, let me know what you think and/or offer suggestions. Hopefully
there will be a release by the end of the week.
