Upcoming Flask 0.2 Release

Upcoming Flask 0.2 Release

Hi,

I want to release Flask 0.2 ASAP but I need some more input from you
guys. Mainly about the integration of the module branch and if you are
happy with it.

Right now the module branch is a separate branch you can find here:

    http://github.com/mitsuhiko/flask/tree/module-support

Documentation is in that branch, run "make html" in the docs folder to
build the documentation as HTML which makes it easier to read. There
are also some tests that show how the module branch works.

I would love to be able to push out a new release by the end of the next
week, so let me know what you think about that. The module branch is
slightly backwards incompatible but it should be very easy to adapt the
applications. It's backwards incompatible if you were using some of the
lower-level methods of the Flask object that had to be redesigned for
the module branch.

Regards,
Armin

I'm happy with it.

The only part that's missing is making it lazier, but that can be added
later, no need to hold up 0.2.

Thanks,
Chris

Very much looking forward to it.

I've used the module-support in some test code, and it works fine.
Time allowing perhaps a small application using modules in examples/
would be useful.

In particular the ability to use module-specific
before_request/after_request decorators is very handy.
