Yes. Perhaps it wasn't yet added because it's difficult to tell what
category it should go in ("popular", "other", "basic"?).
I just added it to "Basic Frameworks Providing Templating". Also
created an initial wiki page on Flask itself that could probably stand
to be filled out a bit. :)
